As a newly qualified teacher with the Trust you can expect a structured supportive induction year which will help you transition into teaching. In addition to what we can offer at academy level we provide a Trust-wide enhanced programme which includes: kick-off meeting and dinner to network with your peers, online platforms to share best practice within the NQT community, learn from our extensive range of experts across our Trust, a range of courses on how to be an exceptional NQT, behavioural management, understanding and adapting to different learners and so much more.
