We want to hear from aspiring senior leaders who have a successful track record of teaching.  We can be flexible on specific responsibilities based on the experience and expertise of the successful applicant. 


About the Role

  • The school has ambitious plans to further develop teaching and learning where the middle manager role is expected to excel. The successful candidate for this post will first and foremost be an excellent teacher, able to teach engaging lessons to a high standard.
  • They will be willing to model their lessons and excellent teaching practice. Most importantly, they will be open and able to support others. 
  • The post if offered with a TLR2A.  B* or C* may be offered to a highly experienced candidate.
  • The post is open to those already in the role and to those seeking the next step in their career.
