Class Teacher of KS1 and KS2

Fairstead House School & Nursery is a thriving and dynamic school, set in the heart of Newmarket, Suffolk.  We welcome little ones from 3 months old into our extremely popular and busy Nursery and children from the ages of 4 - 11 years into the Preparatory School.  

Our small class sizes and caring, nurturing but a challenging ethos provides a stimulating environment for the children to begin their learning journey.   We are seeking to appoint a class teacher from September 2018.  We have specialist teachers for Music, PE, MFL, Drama and Computing with Form Teachers teaching the remainder of the curriculum.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher, with excellent classroom practice and high expectations.  The successful candidate will need to be a self-aware, reflective and caring professional with high expectations of pupil attainment and be able to form excellent relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
