The Prince of Wales Island International Primary School (POWIIS Primary), located on Penang Island, Malaysia, offers teachers an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly competent, caring learning community. Proudly offering a context relevant version of the English National Curriculum, the school will meet the needs of the local and international community in Penang, providing high-quality education for children aged 3 to 11 years old.

Please note, teachers are expected to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in the U.K. or overseas, regardless of nationality. All applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, and/or a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e. PGCE, DipTch).
