Are you an ambitious and creative practitioner that has values, community and innovation close to your heart? Then we are your next step…

Who are we?

Claycots School Partnership is the largest primary school in the UK and Europe and recently received a ‘Good’ judgement in its Ofsted inspection (November 2018). The newly appointed Executive Headteacher is excited to be recruiting to meet the needs of our rapid expansion to ensure that our children receive the very best creative, innovative and dynamic teaching professionals who have a commitment to securing the academic progress and well-being of our pupils as the Claycots family grows. Currently we have over 1700 pupils over two high profile campuses in Slough making us a  unique school to work in, with immense capacity to provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities for our pupils, as we aim to drive forward the agenda for social equality and excellent provision for the children of Slough.

In recent years, we have invested heavily into our school buildings, resourcing, curriculum provision and CPD. This is a fantastic prospect for a dedicated and highly competent professional who is willing to work with us to improve the life chances of our pupils, whilst also benefitting from opportunities to achieve accelerated progression within education and their future careers.

What we can offer?

We can offer successful candidates a world class environment to work in, with high quality resources to support teaching and learning. We are committed to supporting and coaching teachers to reach their full potential and provide our teachers with an additional hour of non-contact time to work with senior leaders and specialist teachers to further develop their practice. CPD is exceptionally strong for all staff – we offer a robust and supportive NQT programme which targets the individual development of teachers new into their career, and our very best teachers are supported to progress their career into leadership or curriculum specialisms, if they so choose. The post will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic and thriving school community, where they can make a tangible difference.

For all teaching posts, we welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers (NQTs).
