Class Teacher, Specialist Provision (Permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to join our team in the Specialist Provision at RDM. You will work with with the class team to liaise with parents, children and professionals to develop high quality and engaging learning experiences for a wide range of children who have a variety of social communication and learning needs.

The Individual

The suitable applicant should be highly motivated, flexible and be able to demonstrate excellent inter personal skills. Being an excellent team player is a key feature of this post. Experience in planning and implementing highly differentiated and elaborated curriculums would be beneficial. The individual will be highly skilled in listening and responding to learners' needs demonstrating the skills, qualities and enthusiasm to further develop and build on the existing high standards of learner experiences within our school. The candidate will be highly committed to promoting and further developing the already strong ethos of inclusion at RDM.
