Due to the incredible success of our outstanding sister schools in Staffordshire (Hopedale and Bluebell Schools), we are bringing our innovative services to the children and families of Stafford.

Heather Field School is a brand new, rapidly growing, special school in Stafford, offering the highest quality of education for up to 50 children (5-18) with a range of additional needs.

We are passionate about finding a Teacher who will join us on this exciting journey, enabling the school to grow and evolve in the way that our sister schools already have.

Pupils may or may not have low cognitive function, be on the autistic spectrum, or have difficulties with their emotional and mental health and/or speech, language and communication.

We are seeking a Teacher who ‘just gets’ children, has a marvellous sense of humour and who has the flexibility and determination to ensure that Heather Field is the first choice of school for children, parents and local authorities.

We do not require an experienced SEN Teacher, as comprehensive training will be provided and the level of support provided will enable the post holder to develop very quickly. Thus, we welcome applications from Teachers from Mainstream or Special, Primary or Secondary School settings, who are looking for something different. The recruitment process is about finding the right personality with huge amounts of potential, who will be as excited as we are about developing Heather Field School.
