Job overview
Killin Primary School are looking to appoint a part time (two days a week) class teacher (RCCT) to join a hard working and friendly team. We are a school of approximately 62 children split between three classes. All staff at Killin Primary have a clear focus on providing the highest quality learning and teaching experiences within a nurturing environment. The village of Killin is set amongst some of the most magnificent scenery in Scotland. The village has a good range of facilities and shops with a wide range of attractive and affordable housing. Stirling, Perth and Oban are all around an hours drive away. This is a permanent position. It will involve teaching throughout the school from P1 to P7.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. It is Stirling Council’s policy to ask that you pay for this if you are on point 4 or above of the main-grade teachers scale.
