Amesbury Archer is part of a Multi Academy Trust which comprises of three secondary schools, a sixth form college and six primary schools.  Amesbury Archer serves the educational needs of a continually expanding housing development and is established at the heart of the local community.

We require an outstanding, dedicated and flexible teacher to join our incredibly friendly and mutually supportive staff on a full time basis.

 We are looking for someone who:

·        Is an outstanding classroom practitioner.

·        Puts their heart and soul into ensuring that the children in their care have the best possible learning opportunities;

·        Is approachable on both a professional and personal level, being able to listen to others’ points of view;

·        Can work collaboratively with other class teachers in the planning and delivery of the curriculum;

·        Has dynamism, energy and drive, with an innovative approach to education;

·        Is a dedicated team player;

·        Has outstanding interpersonal skills, being able to empower, challenge and motivate colleagues and children;

·        Has a wonderful sense of humour and is able to keep things in perspective.

We are hoping for individuals who are energetic, passionate and fun to work with. We want to employ teachers who love working with young people, who develop strong working relationships quickly and who relish the challenge of unlocking potential and breaking down barriers to learning.
