Classroom Assistant
Hazlegrove Pre-Preparatory School is seeking to appoint someone to be a key part of our Lower School team (Years 3 and 4), working as a Classroom Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful team at Hazlegrove.
The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified practitioner (NVQ Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or similar, would be beneficial). They will join a dedicated team and, as such, will need to be hard working, extremely caring and have a good sense of humour.
The position is full-time during term time only and replaces the current postholder who is leaving to develop a teaching career. It will also involve playtime, lunchtime, and after school care duties.
Hazlegrove is a successful South West Co-Educational Prep School with boarding numbers at capacity and waiting lists in a number of years. Pupil roll is around 380 with 100 full boarders. Based around an 18th century house and set in 200 acres of parkland, the school enjoys outstanding facilities.
