Inspire their remarkable with us
Do you want to teach children who have positive attitudes to learning, be surrounded by a supportive leadership team and have your own bespoke professional development plan? If you relish a challenge and want to make a huge difference to our students’ lives, then we want to hear from you!
We are within close proximity of our two other Primaries, Meadstead Primary and Shafton who are also part of our Academy Trust. We help and support each other and undertake shared moderation. We need teachers who are creative, fun-loving and experimental, who will be dedicated to our school and our children. We want highly motivated and determined teachers who will make a real difference.
We want teachers who are prepared to support our happy team on our journey to Outstanding. Teachers who will work really hard and go the extra mile and in return will be rewarded, praised and loved for the work they do.
Join St Helen’s Primary Academy and you will have:
- Endless opportunities for career progression: The hard work you put in to achieve will impact our children and you’ll be rewarded for the success-this can be from taking on additional responsibilities that will impact across the academy through working with the senior leadership team. If you’re resilient and ambitious we’ll support you to succeed.
- Supportive environment: Every opportunity to learn, grow and network within the academy and the trust. We encourage to work collaboratively by promoting school to school support. This includes the support from our senior leadership team and the support from Meadstead and Shafton Primary. To offer a range of high quality professional development and opportunities for all of our staff at all levels.
- Creativity and vision to inspire and lead change: We strongly believe in having our own unique standpoint which makes our academy stand out from other academies to ensure successful outcomes for our children.
