The school is resourced to a top standard and backed by a team with a track record of success, who plan to open other British schools in Marrakech, Rabat and Tangiers.

Morocco is a safe country whose stunning cities, landscape and Mediterranean climate attract millions of visitors each year. Casablanca is located on the Atlantic Ocean, in the north-western part of the country, and is very well connected to the rest of the country and to Europe. Considered the economic centre of Morocco, it has a westernised, cosmopolitan and welcoming culture and offers a comfortable and affordable lifestyle.

The school will be modelled on British independent academic schools, and will follow the English National Curriculum. It will offer outstanding opportunities in the arts, sports and leadership development and a personalised pastoral approach. The teaching day will run from 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday. Class sizes will be small, and the emphasis will be on the development of the whole student.

BISC is looking for an outstanding classroom teacher, with experience in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Successful applicants will be excellent practitioners, ambitious, creative and resilient; they will ideally have qualified teacher status and must have experience of teaching the British National Curriculum in the UK or in an international school. This is a wonderful opportunity to deliver excellent outcomes for international and local pupils, shape the country’s first British school and to develop teaching practice with colleagues from around the globe.

To attract teachers of the highest caliber, the school will offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Very competitive salary
  • Housing accommodation, including electricity and water bills
  • Children's education tuition expenses
  • Medical insurance
  • Relocation allowance
  • Transport to and from school
  • Annual flight allowance
  • Lunch provided at school

To apply for a position, please send the attached application form to hr@bisc.ma . We will only consider fully completed forms. We will contact interested candidates at the earliest possible time. The school reserves the right to appoint before the advertisement deadline.

BISC is totally committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects the same from its employees.
