Job overview

We’re looking for a talented Classroom Teacher to join our team at Co-op Academy Parkland; someone who will deliver effective teaching and learning and raise attainment and progress through innovative first-wave teaching, tracking and intervention. We are open to colleagues seeking KS1 or KS2.

At the top of your game, you’ll be an inspirational classroom practitioner with a proven track record of securing outcomes. But above all, you’ll have a genuine commitment to teaching and developing a love of learning amongst young people.

As a Teacher at Parkland you’ll work within a diverse learning community, striving to deliver an outstanding working and learning experience for all. Therefore, a genuine passion for improving the opportunities for young people is essential.

Co-op Academy Parkland will provide you with the reward of making a difference and you’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.

We offer our colleagues excellent career development opportunities as part of the Co-op Academies Trust, along with access to a comprehensive programme of Personalised Professional Learning and Development irrespective of career stage. To that end, we welcome applications from ECTs and established teachers.

So if you’re an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher committed to the spirit of cooperation, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
