Reports to: Headteacher / SLT
Job Purpose:
To teach the curriculum across the 4-11 age range as required by the Headteacher. To participate in the development of appropriate curriculum. To mark and assess pupils’ work. To support the vision and values of the school. Acting as the subject lead for the school. Be responsible for the quality of the curriculum in your specific subject area. Carry out staff training where necessary to increase staff’s understanding of the subject and improve its teaching and learning. Identify strong practice in your subject. Review and revise the curriculum for your subject.
