We are seeking an experienced class teacher who will have additional responsibility for leading a phase and a core subject.

The Willow Primary School is a mainstream inner-city primary school and children’s centre, sharing a site with The Brook Special School. We are very proud to have received our first outstanding from OFSTED in May 2017. We have a committed and hardworking staff team who play an active role in driving school improvement and ensuring our children always enjoy the best of what we have to offer. About The Willow Primary School

The Willow Primary School is a two form entry School in the London Borough of Haringey with approximately 477pupils from 3 - 11 years. The School is aligned to a Children's Centre on the same site which houses the Nursery classes and also provides childcare for children from age six months to five years for 48 weeks a year.

The Willow Primary School and Children Centre is a warm and friendly community and we are very proud of our commitment to education.  We, as a staff, are positive that you will enjoy your time with us as we strive to nurture our pupils into becoming all that they can be.

We recognize the importance of the early and primary school years in every child’s life and see this as an enjoyable and essential aspect of their educational development.  We also aim to build a foundation that will remain solid throughout adulthood. 
The Willow Primary is a creative, loving, happy and diverse learning environment with 25 nationalities and 34 languages are represented. Nearly three quarters of pupils speak English as an additional language; usually their first language is Turkish or Somali.

The school runs a breakfast club each morning and provides after-school childcare for its pupils offering wide variety activities and healthy meals. The Breakfast club runs from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 and After School Club normally starts immediately of school until 6:00 p.m.

The Staff and governors at the Willow School are committed   to ensure that all their children are happy, safe and are given challenging stimulating work.

The School gained several awards for its work, including Activemark, Healthy School status and the International Schools Award.
