We are excited to announce we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Clerk to Governors. The purpose of this post is to support our Governors in the execution of their duties.

- Do you have experience of minute taking, arranging meetings, maintaining accurate records or Company Secretary Experience?
- Do you have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in an administrative or secretarial role?
- Are you reliable, flexible and proactive?
- Do you possess excellent organisation skills to support Governors and Senior Management in meeting their Company Secretary Obligations including meeting Education Funding Agency’s deadlines and complying with Charity Law?

Candidates must have the ability to prioritise and manage their workload.
The majority of governors meetings are held in the evening after 6.00 pm. The Clerk is required to minute all of the governor meetings and other management meetings held at the College in the evening as well as liaising with senior leadership to provide packs of information in advance of the meetings.
The Company Secretary responsibilities will take place outside of the meeting organisation and applications for flexible hours around the scheduled meetings and/or job shares will be welcomed for consideration.
