Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Cluster Assistant Caretaker to support the premises team at our East London Cluster (Walthamstow Primary, Longshaw Primary, Winston Way Academy, Whittingham Primary and Salisbury Manor Primary) and manage the effective day to day operation, health & safety, maintenance, compliance and lettings of the buildings and grounds.

You will need to have extensive experience of managing buildings/site maintenance and strong knowledge of all legislation in relation to health & safety and risk management is essential.

The ideal candidate will relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly committed and unwavering in their desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people.

This position is ideal for any individual considering pursuing a career in Facilities Management in the future.
