This is an exciting time to join our Multi Academy Trust and work with headteachers, colleagues and other stakeholders in leading the next stage of our journey to remarkable. This is a leadership position where the successful applicant will be developed further as a Trust leader and will be line-managed by the Chief Operating Officer working closely with cluster schools and the central team in driving forward all aspects of improvement in our schools. 

We are highly ambitious for all of our schools and aim to be in the top 10% of all MATs within the next 5 years. We know this is a high bar, however, we believe that our young people and the communities that we serve deserve nothing less. Beckfoot Trust wishes to appoint an experienced Business Manager who can demonstrate excellence in all aspects of school business. The Cluster Business Manager position is a varied role which includes HR, managing the budget and associated financial systems, health and safety, site management as well as the line management of the relevant teams. We are seeking a highly ambitious professional who has the experience, motivation, enthusiasm and skill set to help lead the future vision and development of the schools and the Trust. The successful candidate will be committed to their own lifelong learning and development and to ensuring that we are one trust where all belong.
