Wellington College, one of the world’s leading coeducational day and boarding schools, are seeking to appoint a College Events Assistant to support the College Events Manager to ensure the smooth running of the busy internal College Events programme. Key responsibilities will involve the administration of venue and facility booking, managing small scale operational event logistics and providing ‘on the day’ event support when required.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and client facing skills and be able to work in a high quality, fast paced environment. The role is predominantly office based and admin led whilst also providing the opportunity to be actively involved with the coordination of a diverse range of events, including large scale public events, College dinners, sports tournaments and lectures.
