Tudor Grange Samworth Academy is an aspiring school with highly supportive staff committed to providing the best education possible for our students. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated and visionary College Leader from September 2018.

This is a new and exciting development for the school and will provide a wealth of opportunities for the right candidate. You will be part of a forward thinking leadership team that is committed to delivering the highest outcomes for all students.

The successful candidate will help to create and maintain an agenda of success and achievement across the college, establishing clear expectations of standards, quality and achievement for both teachers and students across the college. You will have existing knowledge of the curriculum at KS3, KS4 and KS5, ensuring that teachers are able to focus upon the core business of raising standards and achievement in the classroom. An ability to establish good working relationships and a consistent team approach is essential across all areas of responsibility to ensure a clear vision and direction for the college. Previous experience of effectively leading/motivating students and staff and developing team approaches is essential.

We are a mixed ‘all through school’ for children aged 2-16, located on the south side of Leicester city. We are committed to providing the best education possible for our students and are keen to attract quality teachers for our appreciative learners. Our students are proud of our Academy and are excited to welcome committed teachers to join us. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and making a real difference to the lives of our students.
