The successful applicant for this position is required to demonstrate competency involving the application of knowledge and a broad range of skills. The role requires a high level of computer literacy with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the BCE school administration software eMinerva a distinct advantage. The successful applicant is required to be the face of the College for parents, educational providers and students, therefore excellent communication skills, exemplary personal presentation and the ability to work in a team context and at stressful times is essential. First Aid & CPR certification is a requirement of this role, should you not have this accreditation your ability to obtain this is required. St Teresas is situated in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast. We are a co-educational secondary school administered by administered by the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane through the Brisbane Catholic Education Office and is a member of Marist Schools of Australia.  The college has an approximate enrolment of 900 students. Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   This role is for 38 hours per week over a 5 day period (Monday - Friday). At negotiated times you may be asked to work at Parent Information Evenings. Adequate notice will be given and overtime rates apply.

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   SCHOOL OFFICERS - Non Governmental Schools Level 3 Salary - see salary scale attached.

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019


This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
