Royal Russell is an HMC/IAPS co-educational school with over 1000 pupils between the ages of 3 and 18, situated on a beautiful green campus of 110 acres in the Shirley Hills near Croydon. We are seeking an outstanding, ambitious, hard-working and energetic individual with entrepreneurial drive who can lead and develop the School’s commercial operations.
The successful candidate will be a charismatic and confident business professional, able to effectively represent and promote the School to potential customers and work with all members of the School community. Candidates with high-level customer-care skills who are innovative and pro-active, and who are flexible in their approach to work are particularly welcome. You should be experienced in managing the day to day operations of facilities used for external lettings and for identifying and promoting opportunities to maximise commercial avenues and income streams.
