The School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Communications and Events Manager to join our busy and friendly Marketing and Communications Department.

The Communications and Events Manager will be a dedicated, flexible and proactive individual who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and is equally comfortable using their own initiative to work independently and find creative solutions to challenges. They will be calm under pressure, possess an excellent eye for accuracy and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

The School’s Marketing and Communications Department covers all aspects of marketing, communication and pupil recruitment including strategy, brand management, publications and market analysis. This new role is focussed on both external and internal communications as well as stakeholder engagement to promote and enhance the School’s reputation.

We offer a comprehensive induction and CPD programme for all levels of staff, competitive remuneration package, generous holiday entitlement and well-equipped facilities.

Due to the nature of the role the Communications and Events Manager will be required to attend some events during weekday evenings and at weekends. We would be happy to discuss the possibility of reduced working hours outside of term time if needed, this must be discussed at interview.
