Job overview

We are seeking an administrator to join our Adult Skills and Community Office Administrative team. Acting as a point of contact for customers you will undertake general administration tasks, and be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the office function. 

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Applications for 0.5 Job Share will be accepted (18.5 hours per week), if you are applying for a job share position please specify and identify your preference of working days either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning or Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, Friday.
