ABC teachers are looking for a TA/LSA with experience of working with pupils with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate as it is initially for a January start through until July but does have the option of going permanent for the right candidate. 

The school are looking for a dynamic and innovative SEN TA with a proven track record of delivering high quality support to ensure student progression in learning, behaviour and self-esteem. In return the school offer a highly supportive and friendly staff to work with. The school is an 11-19 school and a certificate in Team Teach would be an advantage.

The Ideal candidate – 

· Will have a level 2/3 TA qualification

· Highly creative in a classroom setting 

· Knowledge within the education sector 

· Passion for supporting the learning of children 

ABC teachers are looking to appoint a part-time or full time learning support assistant for this good school in Nuneaton.

The successful candidate will have extensive SEN experience and be familiar with recognising and working with SPLD. The school works extensively with the local community and has received excellent praise for the excellent work and success that it enjoys. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for pupils.

The ideal candidate will have :-

· Level 3 TA qualification

· Deliver quality assistance to teacher(s) and pupil(s)

· Build rapport with the children

· In date DBS & on the Update Service
