Smart Teachers is recruiting for an inspirational Computer Studies Teacher to join a high performing secondary school in Ealing, West London. The Computer Studies Teacher will be required full time for either an April or September 2018 start and should they find the right candidate the role will become permanent. The school will be looking for a well-qualified Computer Studies Teacher who ideally has experience in programs such as python and JavaScript as well as having the potential to teach Mathematics. This independent school is fully committed to providing training and support for their staff and a warm welcoming environment.

· Responsible for teaching topics which include coding, Small Basic, Python, databases and numbering systems

· Daily rate between £140-£190 (dependent on experience)

In order to be considered for this role, the Computer Studies Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks

· Strong behaviour management preferred but not essential 

· Bachelor of Education/ PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree 

· Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum preferred

· NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply
