We have high expectations of everyone in the school community. This leads to an environment where pupils work hard, show respect and courtesy and are expected to try their best in all that they do. We are a happy and harmonious community where children feel safe and talents are nurtured.

We have a committed and talented staff team. They work hard to support, nurture and challenge our pupils. We believe in investing to develop our staff so that they too are the best they can be. We work with other schools, with universities and with a number of other organisations to learn from the latest research and bring the very best practice to Rushcliffe.
