Richmond upon Thames College is a successful College of General Further and Higher Education committed to the highest possible standards of teaching and learning, pastoral support and personal development. Based in Twickenham, South West London, we offer our students an extensive range of academic and vocational full-time and part-time courses within an effective learning community.

We are looking to recruit a qualified professional to teach the theory and practice on courses within the Engineering &Technology Section. These include Construction and the Built Environment courses ranging from Level 3 to Level 4 HNC Diploma and will include the following subject areas: Graphical Detailing, Sustainable Construction, Mathematics in CBE, Science and Materials in CBE, Computer Aided Design and Drafting, Construction Technology and Design, Design Procedures, Economics and Finance, Health, Safety and Welfare, Building Regulations and Control, Group Project, Project Management in CBE, Management Principles and Application in CBE and Design Principles and Application. Additional development and delivery of specialist industry related courses may also be required.

So, if you are:

  • Qualified to HNC or degree level in a relevant subject
  • Have relevant experience in the Construction Industry at supervisory or management level
  • Would like to share your industrial experience/knowledge with others
  • Think you may be suited to teaching or
  • You are already in a teaching post but are looking for a change
