Dudley College of Technology is looking for an innovative construction professional with an employer focused skill set to take its apprenticeship curriculum to the next phase of development.   The Construction Apprenticeship Training Centre (CAT) which opened in 2017 provides a full range of construction training that complements our expanding apprenticeship provision whilst at the same time enabling our full time learners to develop the skills which will support them in to employment.  The CAT Centre is one of the largest construction training centres in the UK.

As Construction Apprenticeship Manager you will have a proven track record in delivering high quality apprenticeship and employer focused provision enhanced with a broader understanding of business in an FE context.  An ability to grasp new concepts, new skills training needs and challenge traditional approaches to curriculum delivery will be an advantage.

The selection process will take place over Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th April 2019.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
