Coordinator of Chemistry - required for January 2019

We are looking to appoint a Coordinator of Chemistry to lead the subject within the Science department and to work alongside the Coordinators of Biology and Physics in supporting the Director of Learning to move the department forward.

We are keen to hear from candidates who will:

  • Take the lead in inspiring and motivating the Science team in the teaching of Chemistry and improving outcomes.
  • Be responsible for continuously improving the quality of teaching and learning of Chemistry in the deparmtment.
  • Be responsible for monitoring pupil progress in Chemistry at KS3 and KS4.
  • Make a significant contribution to alll aspects of the wider Science curriculum.
