Job purpose:
Bridgwater & Taunton College are looking to appoint an outstanding Course Leader in Travel, Tourism and Business.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have substantial teaching experience within Travel and tourism as well as business and will be student focussed. You will be responsible for managing various courses/programmes and will ensure that teaching, learning and assessment, alongside the student experience, is outstanding and work closely with learners to maximise their potential, enabling them to exceed their targets.
You should be proactive and passionate and have the ability deliver across a range of established vocational courses in business and travel. You will equally act as a personal tutor and will support learners pastorally to help them to achieve.
