This role is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Lecturer seeking the next step in their career.  Our Early Years team, based at Hayes Campus, offers high quality provision and up-to-date expertise with a strong focus on student achievement and excellent links with local employers, for both full time and work based learning.  We are seeking to appoint a Course Team Leader to lead full time course provision and deliver a range of programmes in Early Years.  

You should be qualified to degree level or equivalent in the relevant subject area, together with an advanced level teaching qualification (e.g. DET, PGCE) and an assessor qualification.   You should have experience of teaching Early Years including the CACHE syllabus and have good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, and have some supervisory or leadership experience.  You should have some experience of curriculum co-ordination and development, and be able to set and achieve high standards within your team. 




The College has recently introduced a Working from Home policy. You may be able to work a proportion of your work time from home. Working from Home may be possible where this does not adversely impact on the operational needs of the College.
