Job overview
We are seeking an organised and experienced individual to join our successful team, to cover a period of maternity leave. The role would involve curriculum design, development and co-ordination, ensuring high levels of learner attendance, retention and achievement. You would also teach on a range of ESOL courses, with a focus on Adult and Commercial provision.
You will need to possess a degree, an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL), and an advanced level teaching qualification (PGCE/DET or ESOL specialist equivalent). You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ successful teaching in ESOL, the ability to supervise a team and some curriculum and curriculum design and development experience.
