Situated close to the centre of Cambridge and on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Long Road is a popular and successful Sixth Form College with 2,300 16-19 year-old full-time students. Long Road was judged by OFSTED to be Good all five categories, and we are now taking the next steps to become an Outstanding College. 

We are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and qualified Course Team Leader in Applied Science to join and lead our dedicated team of specialist teachers in enabling our students to achieve their full potential. 

You will be a dynamic and dedicated Science Specialist, with the ability to teach on our Applied Level 3 Science Diploma, as well as consistently providing high quality lessons and promoting a positive and professional example to both staff and students. You will be highly motivated and we will absolutely encourage you to develop innovative and supportive approaches to inspire our students to achieve their maximum potential.

Salary ranges from £24,098 to £39,329, plus a CTL Allowance Band 3 (£3,382).

Long Road is a thriving, successful post 16 Sixth Form College with 2,400 students on roll, in post-16 studies.
