Court Lane Academies - Business Manager

In an exciting new phase for the Court Lane Infant and Junior Schools, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team who will be responsible for the management and development of professional services provision across the Schools.

As the Business Manager, you will be involved and lead on all aspects of the operational management, including responsibility for the Management Accounts maintaining regulatory and ESFA Compliance, negotiation and review of out-sourced contracts, oversight of the Premises team, and ensuring our schools receive an effective and professional administrative provision.

With relevant CCAB or CIMA qualifications (part qualified or qualified) you will have excellent interpersonal skills, to motivate and inspire colleagues to work collaboratively.  With a level of understanding of current thinking and best practice in business management, such as finance, procurement, admissions, you will ensure the implementation of effective systems and procedures to enable high quality provision for the benefit of pupils, staff and visitors.
