Cover Leader - More than one position available

We would love to hear from creative professionals of all levels (ECTs welcome to apply) with the skills, expertise, and passion to enthuse our young people to achieve across KS3 and KS4. The Cover Leader role is an ideal job for a person who is looking to gain experience of working in the Teaching profession, for an Early Careers Teacher who would like to gain a broad perspective of teaching across the curriculum, or for any qualified teaching professional who wants a change from regular classroom teaching. The role requires an adaptive, flexible colleague who enjoys a wide variety of work on a daily basis and remains calm in the face of challenge. It is a key role for a professional who can provide our students with the consistency they deserve.

Contract type: Permanent, full time/part time

Salary: Scale 5, SCP 12-17 £22,183-£24,491 pro rata TTO + 5 days (dependent on experience) Responsible to: Executive PA
