37 hours per week (7.30am – 3.30pm), term time plus two weeks (88.10%FTE)

We are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join Manor High School as Cover Manager. The main responsibilities of this post are:
- To organise appropriate cover for all teaching staff absence within school, on a short-term and long-term basis.
- To manage the curriculum and academic management functions which enable creation and efficient delivery of the school timetable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in a senior administrative post, together with experience of working in an educational setting and multi-tasking in a demanding environment. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous.
