We are looking to recruit a Cover Manager who will be responsible for managing and organising cover for absent teachers to ensure continuity in learning for our pupils. The role will involve advising senior team on the need to bring in external supply as well as organising and providing induction and support for supply agency staff. The role will also involve the supervision of classes or groups of pupils in the absence of teaching staff.

The Royal Masonic School for Girls is an independent school located on a 316-acre site in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Providing places to both boarding and day pupils, the school is an all-through institution educating pupils aged 2-18.
Founded in 1789, the school was originally intended for use by the children of Freemasons. It is now non-denominational and has no restrictions on attendance. As an academically selective institution, the school require potential applicants to undergo formal or informal assessment before a place is offered.
