This post is vital to the smooth running of the school timetable ensuring that all lessons are covered in the absence of teaching staff using the schools MIS. Other duties will include general secretarial and administration duties to support the HR/Office Manager. Experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- excellent IT Skills including word processing, excel and data base
- excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- a willingness to be flexible
- the ability to work to tight deadlines
