Crayford Academy is looking for a calm, organised and flexible individual to fulfil the important role of Cover Supervisor within our Academy.

Cover Supervisors play a vital part in the education of our pupils.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be covering registration and lessons for absent colleagues and will need to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and dedication as teaching staff in order to succeed in this role. 

This role would suit either those thinking of a career in teaching or someone who enjoys working with young people.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and committed to delivering success. We have an enviable professional development programme available which allows all staff to develop in their role with opportunities for internal promotion throughout the Federation.
