Fixed term post to start as soon as possible and ending on Friday 20 July 2018
35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4.00pm with half an hour unpaid lunch break)
Grade 5 (points 21 to 25), annual salary range between £20,138 and £22,658
Annual pro rata salary between £16,169 and £18,193 (based on under 5 years continuous service)
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to work as a Cover Supervisor at this very popular and successful secondary school of 1,700 students (335 in the Sixth Form). The purpose of the role is to supervise classes in the absence of their teacher, ensuring pupils complete the work set and that an excellent working environment is maintained.
We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving high standards. The post holder will possess relevant qualifications and to have experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.

Canon Slade School is a mixed 11-18 voluntary aided Church of England secondary school and a member of The Bishop Fraser Multi Academy Trust. There are around 1700 pupils, including some 350 in the sixth form.
