COVER SUPERVISOR REQUIRED 

NJC Grade G (range 8 - 13) (Actual Salary = £17058 pa - £18833pa)

5 days(37 hours)/week, 39 weeks/year (term time plus training days) 

We are seeking to appoint a positive and confident individual to provide effective Cover Supervision in a range of classes and subjects in response to unforeseen short term teacher absence. You will be required to ensure good order is maintained in the classroom and pupils keep to task.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible, hard-working and have excellent communication skills. You will be a team player able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly approachable attitude to students and staff. With the ability to relate to young people and experience of working with groups of young people, you will have a broad knowledge of qualifications taught in schools and be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You will also be required to travel between our 2 school sites in Roade and Deanshanger.
