The Halifax Academy is looking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide cover supervision for secondary students.
The successful candidates will also be great team players, good communicators and dedicated to raising the achievement of our students.
We are a team of driven, enthusiastic and friendly staff, who contribute greatly to the success of the academy and its pupils. The Halifax Academy is a popular and over-subscribed community school which has outstanding facilities.
What we need from you:

Experience of working with students aged 11-16 years

An understanding of and commitment to our values

Ability to facilitate a calm and stimulating learning environment

Excellent rapport building skills which develop productive and supportive relationships with staff and students.

About The Halifax Academy
The Halifax Academy is a high performing 4-16 all-through Academy in Calderdale, West Yorkshire. It was inspected by Ofsted in September 2017 being judged as good in all areas. Outcomes are outstanding at KS4 and place the academy in the top 15% of all schools nationally with regard to progress. Early Years Provision is good.
