The role involves covering and delivering lessons for absent staff.  The candidate must be :-

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated to support student learning in the classroom and  manage behaviour
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances in their day-to-day work
  • Confident to work with young people and self-reliant
  • Keen to make a difference to young people through a structured approach to learning
  • Someone who has high expectations of students and colleagues
