Are you an enthusiastic and inspirational Cover Supervisor who would like to join an academy rated as Good by Ofsted?

As a Cover Supervisor you will oversee classes of students aged 11-16, for which work has been set by a qualified teacher. You will ensure that the class is well managed and pupils work productively. You will have good interpersonal skills and an understanding of adult-child relationships. This is an interesting post in which every day is different and personal initiative is required, as are good communication skills, effective planning and a proactive approach.

The Bushey Academy is 20 minutes by train from London Euston and enjoys a leafy setting close to the urban environment of Watford. We are a successful and popular 11-19 mixed secondary school that provides the highest quality of education for all learners. Our mission is to ensure that every one of our young people leave the academy fully equipped for their next stage in life, be it university or the world of work.
