We are looking to appoint an effective Cover Supervisor to work with individual students, groups and classes to ensure uninterrupted learning of students in case of a class teacher’s absence. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes for the students. The successful candidate will possess excellent classroom behaviour management skills and ability to provide effective and clear teaching instructions to the students.

Rated outstanding by Ofsted in February 2015, Central Foundation is one of the top performing schools in the country based on GCSE outcomes. In 2018, 81% of our Year 11 students achieved a good pass (Grade C/4 or above) in both English and Maths while 35% of Year 11 students achieved A/A* or grade 7, 8 or 9.

We are very ambitious in our aim to provide the best possible opportunities for our students. We set high standards for all professionals working at the school but we also provide a very strong net of support for both new and existing colleagues.
