ACSC is a popular and thriving school that sits at the heart of the community, enjoying an excellent reputation locally and across Lancashire. The Governors of ACSC are wishing to appoint a permanent cover supervisor. We require a hardworking, reliable and motivated candidate who has a genuine desire to work in a busy school with the ability to multi-task.
We are looking for a cover supervisor with experience of working with children along with excellent interpersonal skills, high expectations of student’s achievement and behaviour and the ability to follow clear instructions for pre-prepared tasks whist using their own initiative. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and dynamic as this is a highly varied role. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this post.
The post is part time, 32.5 hours a week, 38 weeks and 2 days per year.
The successful candidate will have to have a flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the school. The start and finish time are 8:am – 3pm with a 30-minute lunch. We do not operate a flexi time system.
