Job overview

The Howard School is offering a unique opportunity to the right graduate interested in teaching and is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for 37 hours per week Term Time Only with immediate effect. Train to teach KS3 and KS4 whilst working in the classroom!

The successful candidate will develop the craft of teaching under our very experienced ITT team whilst working as a cover supervisor in a variety of different subject areas. The Howard School has a tradition and commitment to training teachers to become High Quality Inclusive practitioners.

The successful candidate would have a dedicated mentor as well as support from the ITT team and would train alongside other trainees (on a variety of training routes such as SD, AO, PGCE, NQT, Apprenticeship) on the ‘in house’ initial teacher training programme.
