We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Cover Supervisor to join  our GOOD school (Ofsted June 18) who can help us to make the rapid improvements we have planned for the next three years. The successful candidate will demonstrate a love of the learning process and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of the young people.  

Your well-being and professional development in order to enhance your career is a priority for us. We offer a mentoring programme, annual career stage interviews, bespoke CPD training, supportive action research projects, staff rewards and support for family events.

We have a flexible approach to interviews and can offer a range of dates and times suitable to the candidate.  We also encourage potential candidates who are interested in applying to give us a call to arrange a visit or chat to one of our Senior Leaders.

Wrenn School was awarded SCHOOL OF THE YEAR 2018 (Northampton Education Awards) and has the ambition, the expertise and the determination to ensure that our outcomes will continue to improve beyond our current P8 score of +0.19. To do this, it is vital that we attract the right calibre of professional to work alongside our dedicated team of staff. Located in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, Wrenn School is a secondary school for boys and girls aged 11-18. The establishment has two campuses: London Road, for Years 10-13 and Doddington Road, for Years 7-9. The coeducational School has 1470 pupils, including 140 in the sixth form.

Wrenn School's origins lie in Wellingborough High School for girls and Wellingborough Grammar School for boys, which both shared the site in 1930. The two schools merged in 1975. Wrenn School gained academy status in 2013.
