We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to complement the teaching staff and to cover occasional short-term absences within the College. With the virtual guidance of teachers, the successful applicants will supervise classes doing the work they have been set, whilst assisting and motivating students in their learning.
You should be educated to at least ‘A’ level with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. You need to be an excellent communicator, have sound organisational skills and the ability to work confidently on your own initiative. Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and how to motivate young people would be advantageous as would experience of working with young people which could be in an employed or voluntary capacity.

Scale G - Points 8-12 - Permanent Contract
Hours – 33.75 per week / 39 weeks – Hours to be agreed
Annual Salary - £20,493 - £22,183 per annum depending on experience
Salary Actual - £16,006.78 - £17,326.81 pro rata
Start date – As soon as possible
